Author Guidelines

These Author Guidelines Authors must follow the same structure, formatting, and style to ensure smooth peer review and publication.


1. General Information

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

  • Articles should be written in clear academic English.

  • Submissions must strictly follow the journal article template and layout.


2. Article Structure (Mandatory Order)

2.1 Title of the Article

  • Center aligned

  • Bold

  • Sentence case / Title Case

  • Concise and informative


2.2 Author(s) Information

  • Author full name(s)

  • Affiliation(s)

  • Department, Institution, Country

  • Email address of corresponding author


2.3 Abstract

  • Single paragraph

  • 150–250 words

  • Should clearly state:

    • Purpose of the study

    • Methodology

    • Key findings

    • Conclusion

  • No citations allowed


2.4 Keywords

  • 4–6 keywords

  • Separated by commas

  • Placed immediately after the abstract


3. Main Body of the Article

3.1 Introduction

  • Background of the study

  • Problem statement

  • Objectives and significance

  • Relevant literature context


3.2 Literature Review (if applicable)

  • Critical review of related work

  • Proper citations required


3.3 Methodology

  • Research design

  • Data collection methods

  • Tools and techniques used

  • Sample size and analysis method


3.4 Results and Discussion

  • Clear presentation of results

  • Tables and figures properly numbered

  • Interpretation and discussion of findings


3.5 Conclusion

  • Summary of key findings

  • Research implications

  • Limitations and future scope


4. Tables and Figures

  • Must be numbered consecutively (Table 1, Figure 1, etc.)

  • Title placed above tables

  • Caption placed below figures

  • Source must be mentioned if adapted


5. References

  • Must be cited in-text

  • Consistent referencing style (APA / IEEE / Journal style)

  • Listed at the end of the manuscript

  • Only cited references should appear in the list


6. Formatting Guidelines

  • Paper size: A4

  • Font: Times New Roman

  • Font size:

    • Title: 14 pt

    • Headings: 12 pt

    • Body text: 11 pt

  • Line spacing: 1.15 or single

  • Justified alignment

  • Margins: Standard (1 inch on all sides)


7. Plagiarism Policy

  • Maximum similarity allowed: ≤ 15%

  • Plagiarism must be checked before submission

  • Self-plagiarism is not permitted


  • Authors are responsible for content originality

  • Proper acknowledgements must be included

  • Ethical approval required where applicable


9. Submission Checklist

  • Manuscript follows journal format

  • Abstract and keywords included

  • Figures and tables properly labeled

  • References formatted correctly

  • Plagiarism check completed


10. Final Note

Manuscripts not complying with these guidelines may be returned without review. Authors are advised to carefully study a recently published article of the journal before submission.
